“In 2005 I was looking at Real Estate and it was my inescapable conclusion that the market in Orange County was “topped out”. Prices were just “out of sight”! Knowing that as with all things trends come in waves. I was looking for the market to come down a little. I recall a conversation with you in which you were trying to impress upon me the importance of owning your home in wealth building. I remember feeling frustrated because of course I agreed but still didn’t feel that it was a good time to by in Orange County. So I presented you with a challenge.
